The Proposal

This is where we formally outline our vision for your project, explain the processes and
stages involved and give a clear indication of the projected fees/costs to be associated
with the project.

There are occasions when the setting of a finite budget is not practical due to the
size/length of a project. If a project is to be undertaken in stages we will always outline the
extent of our involvement for each stage and procure relevant third-party costs as/when
relevant. We are happy to procure production estimates on behalf of the client but will
never commission any third-party costs on behalf of the client without their prior formal
consent.

If at any time the extent of our remit increases for any unforeseen reason, we will make the
client aware of the cost consequence of such increased involvement.
